Burning Out is a three-minute composition created for a choreography performed by dance students at Université Côte d’Azur. The work explores the repetitive nature of contemporary office life and its potential psychological toll.

Built on driving ostinatos, the music gradually evolves into a denser, more chaotic and electronic sound world. This transformation mirrors the dancers’ progression, as structured movement gives way to disorientation and a descent into madness.
